I realise a topic of Changes to customer service" could be a long winded subject but I would like to suggest one change to the ingame CS response system.
Currently we send a ticket & get 2 responses: one generic and one from a game master. If that game master thinks they've answered the question they close the ticket.
However, sometimes they misinterpret our original request/complaint or there's something else we want to say. Instead of being able to carry on the conversation we have to start a new conversation.
We should be able to continue the same conversation if we have something else to add.
Can you please suggest this?
