Tried creating a new account using a hacked apk...free crowns...would be possible to max out everything in no time. The security is a joke. No ban yet, not even a warning.

😂😂😂 as expected. Well, hacked accounts are a possible source for more revenues, as players are buying TT cards.

I want my money back. This is BS. Some scrub lvl 25 cheater with every one of his buildings under construction beat my lvl 240 base with 5*, used up all my blessings and i cant even report him because their stupid CS link freezes when i add a photo. What a rip off this game is.

This was kinda my point. When you purchase something, you do it in good faith, that you’re making the purchase on a level playing field.

Here’s another example, I go into a shop and buy a TV. Someone else walks into a the same shop, and steals a TV. Security watches the person steal the TV, greet him, ignore the theft and let him go. I create a fuss about it, and then get ridiculed by other customers stating I “chose” to buy that TV so it’s my fault.

This isn’t dissimilar to what happens here, and on this forum. You complain about the endemic cheating, and shills pop up saying things like don’t let it bother you, or stop whinging. The difference is, in some instances, the money spent here over time is probably more than what you’d spend on a TV. Especially with events starting every week at around $20 for pointless rewards, when going up against cheats cloning TT cards like black hawk bombers etc. Yes an alliance member got struck in a war by someone who’s used 4x black hawks in one attack. The other key difference is that you’re now paying to play against a possible cheater and BHG know this.

This is not a great place to be in. What makes it really worse is BHG are aware of this and have done nothing. Reporting someone, which I can’t even do now because of some bug, and receiving 300 crowns compensation just doesn’t cut it. We’ve asked BHG nicely to do something about it. They’ve ignored us. Instead, they’ve ramped up the P2W aspect of it, and left the cheating points in their T&Cs. So while those cheating lack morals, for me, BHG are equal in morality, yet on their website they claim integrity.

As long as BHG are aware of the situation, and it can be proven they’re doing nothing about it, and they’re continuing to conceal the situation and charge customers, further action is necessary. Asking nicely hasn’t helped. So I propose an exposé and if possible legal action.

Well, you or we can report it to US authorities and ask for investigation. I just wait a little bit as I and others have written now long and many things public in that forum and neither serious response nor a serious action is taken. Short time this will be a case for anti corruption authorities. Just showing them that BHG is knowing the issue but doing nothing. 😉

p.S.: not responding in time and appropriate is doing nothing ...

I suggest a starting point of here - https://www.usa.gov/chat

Explain the issues, and see what they suggest. Time to get the ball moving. Open to any better alternatives. Report BHG to any watchdogs etc

the point is slightly different: if Someone else walks into a the same shop, and steals a TV the shop blocks him and make him pay for the tv because otherwise they loose revenue, they do not stop the thief because they want to safeguard the customer (you.) If you buy it because you need it, you know the terms and condition in advance, you choose where and what to buy. So if you want to stop to cheaters the trigger is to make Nexon understand they are loosing big money having cheaters on board first because they don't spend money, secondly because they loose players like you. Be serious, you report to the authorities what? They know better than you that people steal tvs....
