China discription and reality dont add up

Nation Power: Extra Citizen and Defenders -- allocates an extra citizen and additional defender from the Town Center per Age upgrade.

it says per age upgrade, but i have had 2 age upgrades ince and im still on 1 extra worker not 3 like the discription suggest

I have not yet played as China, but either the description is incorrect or the application of the nation's power is not working correctly. I expect the latter: definitely worth a look into by the game's developer/publisher.

We apologize for the confusion the text may have caused you, but I was able to confirm that the extra citizen and defender allocation is functioning properly. To clarify, those that choose to proceed with the Chinese will receive the following:

- one (1) additional citizen -- you will receive this once, not per Age.
- one (1) additional defender per Age upgrade

If you refer to the in-game text when selecting your Nation, you will see that the description states as such as well.

I'm glad this is how it is intended.
The Chinese bonus is already very strong. One additional citizen per age would be very overpowered.


On a slightly related note (about clarifying bonuses), is it possible to have the bonuses of wonders and nations available to view when clicking on the Town Center or wonder. At the moment it just gives a vague discription of the bonus (i.e. "Superb military discipline allows the Romans to field a larger army than other nations")

Right now, those specific stats are kept ambiguous in order to preserve game balance and encourage players to experiment with all the different features in the game. Sorry that we can't share that specific information as of now.

It is a grammatical issue. It should read 1 extra citizen. And per age upgrade will give you an extra defender
