Coalitions bought not showing up on the war map on WAR DAY

Bought 3 defensive coalitions for our current war - was not really bothered by the fact that they were not shown after buying them during the planning day... I thought it's just the usual "visual glitch" how CS said... Be assured they will be active during the war day, etc...
This visual bug is so old as the coalitions, was never fully fixed.

Started to panic though, as soon as the war started - they were still not shown on the war map
Started to curse, when they didn't show up in the Battle log.
Spent 36 ntgs for nothing, hope it gets fixed asap.

But they still pretend that even if it doesn't show on the ww map when it has started the coalitions are present.
They should fix this bug because tbh CS is so messy that you never know if you can trust their answers.

Moreover how are we supposed to know if an opponent has a coalition if it is not dispayed properly on the ww map.

We have multiple players in our war missing exactly 1 coalition. We all bought 3, but many of us only show 2 in the attack logs. Only happened after the last maintenance.

Forum moderators, any chance that we could have at least an info, whether it was related to the server maintenance?
