Mainly I'm interested in seeing how the balance between nations shakes out. I know Japanese and Greeks didn't get buffed, so they're still going to be bad, but is the best nation now still Britain (line attacks, shooters) or has it become the Germans?

That's what I was thinking as well but many players on the leaderboard are playing Germans, makes me wonder if Teutonic Fury is the real thing or if the brits just outclass that

Teutonic Fury is good for defensive player, 15% is good when you using 3 defensive coalitions.
But for players with 3 offensive coalitions, British is much better

20-30% increase for defense? How so?
I've seen unit upgrades at 6%, building upgrades at ~10-22%.
Is there additional barracks upgrades for troops? Does Uni/Library help as well?
And if the defenses are buffed so much vs the small buff for troops, isn't the increased defense in the game what people are complaining about?
eg: the silo was a huge outcry for the community. Guess what, there's a library chapter to make it even more deadly!

As someone who is level 205 right now. I feel that 210 is way reasonable for more players to reach.

Topped out is 273 +. Level 220 is way low for that. If upgrading is all you want hit your traps, farms and caravans.

germans have become the top since the day troop cards came out. yes teutonic fury buffs tactical troops. that is why the people on the leaderboard has switched to germans.

and btw germans have no defense bonus at all so i dont see why they would be good for defensive player.

Defensive Bonus from Nation can be ignore, it don't make much difference for high end player
Teutonic Fury will provide something you some ability in attack when you are with defensive coalition.
So that able to clean up opponent's attacker

It is not significant when you are major attacker, but it is significant bonus when you don't have attack bonus from Coalition

TinSoldier Nb4powerup Why are CWA players able to attack Global Age players? This should not be the case. The lvl requirement is high, there are troops bonuses, no way a lvl130 global be matched against lvl220+ CWA players with absolutely no chance of revenging....

oh you mean it helps a defensive player make an attack. yes that is true. but even for an offensive player the Fury will buff things coalitions cant, like air units attack, and those special troop cards that are not based off of any barracks troop types (and those are the best ones) and having Fury on top of offensive coalitions will make it less efficient, but that doesnt change the fact that its still more effective. in terms of max achievable firepower germans are much better.

There should be less players to fight but this is not the issue. CWA players should not be able to pick the easy GA bases. Need to hit only AAs. As it is, no penalty whatsoever moving up. This plain suxs.

lukeminikoski I could care less if its 250, 260 or any other level you pick. But if you move up, I dont want to be a GA smashed by a CWA age player. Players with troops 2 ages ahead will absolutely slaughter opposition down.
If you move up, grind your way for resources battling AA players. Nothing crying about it. Just a bit of commen sense and fairness.
