This guy SirMharc I reported two months ago, unfortunately I don't have the screenshot anymore. He was at the time level ~90. Last update on dominations.pl was a month ago, and by that time he achieved level 182. Also upgrading all buildings concurrently.

5 starring CWA and AA with his MA account. Replays showed 0 star, Reports showed 5 stars. Same hack with Garuda Sakti. Oh, he's Indonesian too .

Beware small alliances, as these guys could infiltrate, screw your wars, and even sell those hacks.
