Connection problems

Hello.

I will describe it the best I can.

Most of the time, like 9/10 when I attack medieval age (I'm gun powder), the attack is being interrupted saying there are connection issues. The whole army is lost and the game takes that attack as a failure, taking medals away. This happens only when I attack medieval age, but possibly other lower ages too - it's just that I haven't had a chance to attack them in long. It never happens when I attack gun powder age or enlightenment age.

Occasionally when searching for opponents I am given a chance to attack no-name level 1 dawn age with just two same buildings. Whether I wait for the timer to go down or try to place a unit, I get disconnected immediately not losing army or medals in this case.

Very often after medieval attacks failure, on loading screen it says the game can't connect to server.

I did try to reinstall, nothing has changed.

Has anyone had anything like this? Any cure?

My experience is that the connection problem can happen with any age opponents. Fortunately I haven't seen this lately... My team mate just lost pretty sure 100% win in the world war yesterday, because of a connection problem. He had just dropped last of his troops to the field and was advancing really nicely when the connection was shut. This resulted as a defeat, all troops and tactics lost. Unfortunately that gave the opposing team a victory in the war too. Opponent was at Industrial Age lvl 158, and my team mate Global lvl 205.

I've bumped into a no-name base too with the same result that you described. In my case that base was well developed. I have written about this problem to the Customer Service, so they know that it exists. I'm just surprised that the program code allows you to build a base without a name and save it.

Me too. One time I got 150 crown plus 3 P40s as compensation. But I am seeing this almost every day.

To me, it looks like when I get to the point where I am certain of winning 5 stars, it crashes. For weak Medieval (I am Gunpowder) opponents, it happens before I get my first star. For stronger opponents, I can get 1 or 2 stars.
