Crash on load. Any advice from members?

I have created a ticket, but perhaps someone here can help?

From today the game cannot start. It loads, gives the first message at the bottom, and then crashes out to the iOS "desktop." Things I've tried:

  • Reboot iPad, hard and soft reboot.
  • Wipe iPad and install only Dominations as the extra app.
  • Tried to run on iPhone using the same Game Center account.
  • Changed language, country, Bluetooth on/off, WiFi on/off, 3G, 4G.
In all cases, the crash occurred. Devices: iPad Air 2 & iPhone 6.

I have a second Game Center account. I loaded my other Dominations village and it works fine on both devices. So, it seems there's a problem with my village that's causing the crash.

Based on complaints on this forum, it can apparently take a long time for Nexon to assist. So, any advice from members is perhaps my best hope. Can you think of something else I should try?

Hey Nala. Long time. Hope they get you up and running asap. Mine crashed once on start up but after a hard reboot it loaded just fine. Good luck my friend.

Sounds identical to my problem on iPad Air. Crashes back to home screen at around 20%, Cleopatra's nose.Been 8 days now, having a email back & forth with CS. I suspect corrupt village data, from another account on Android I can see it does briefly log in me in to the alliance list.

The one abnormal thing that happened on the first crash was a notification from in-game CS, banner appeared as game started to load, then crashed.

Okay, so if Nexon don't fix my account soon, where can I get my gaming 'fix'? Any recommendations for a cool strategy game?

Same thing here I have Android loads about 20% Then crashes and can't get anyone to help on the development side tried my carrier and Google also with no help

Update : After 8+ days my CS ticket via email was escalated up the chain until somebody found corrupt data in my base and fixed it.

How it got there and how to handle it better in the future I hope they are looking at.

Pretty sure it's a similar problem here Eddie. Glad and jealous that yours is sorted.

I sent them the crash report - didn't know it existed until I googled for app crash info

Your users can retrieve crash reports from their device and send them to you via email by following these instructions.

(It is not possible to get device console logs directly from a device)

1) Open Settings app

2) Go to Privacy, then Diagnostics & Usage

3) Select Diagnostics & Usage Data

4) Locate the log for the crashed app. The logs will be named in the format: <AppName>_<DateTime>_<DeviceName>

5) Select the desired log. Then, using the text selection UI select the entire text of the log. Once the text is selected, tap Copy

6) Paste the copied text to Mail and send to an email address as desired

The DomiNations app is called Live-2016-MM-DD-TIME.ips - MM-DD-TIME being the timestamp
Bit of a PITA to do trying to copy & paste it and you'll need a CS ticket via email to send it.

Ive tried everything they've told me to do and game still crashes on load. I noticed that my game only crashed after I started building the embassy after the update.

So I got an email from support asking for details such as the number of crowns I have, my current level, etc. Hello, I can't launch the game so I can't see the details.

Oh well, at least I can't be tempted to buy more crowns.
