Crash on load. Any advice from members?

I have created a ticket, but perhaps someone here can help?

From today the game cannot start. It loads, gives the first message at the bottom, and then crashes out to the iOS "desktop." Things I've tried:

• Reboot iPad, hard and soft reboot.
• Wipe iPad and install only Dominations as the extra app.
• Tried to run on iPhone using the same Game Center account.
• Changed language, country, Bluetooth on/off, WiFi on/off, 3G, 4G.

In all cases, the crash occurred. Devices: iPad Air 2 & iPhone 6.

I have a second Game Center account. I loaded my other Dominations village and it works fine on both devices. So, it seems there's a problem with my village that's causing the crash.

Based on complaints on this forum, it can apparently take a long time for Nexon to assist. So, any advice from members is perhaps my best hope. Can you think of something else I should try?

Cant get a ticket from them but have now cooied and pasted an entire crash report to cs. See what happens....

I had the same problem bro after this update. Yesterday after farming in multiplayer, then the pop up showed "sending result to server" I was waiting for 2min and then crashed the game and returned to home screen. After this when I attempted to start the game, it crash on loading after showing first message on bottom. I tried it on another device, It's well play on another account but after connecting to my previous crashed account, it is crashed again. I think it is the "excessive network connection problem". By the way, I'm using om android device.

same for me, crash during loading, using Iphone 5s in France. Various emails with CS, and finally a last one saying:
"Thank you for understanding. Rest assured that the Development Team is already aware of this and are now working on resolution. Just started with me also. During loading, gets to the words/phrases then crashes.
I tried 2 different tablets, 1 phone, and Bluestacks. All crash.
I uninstalled and reinstalled. I emptied cache and app data and reloaded. Nothing works.
Crash. Crash. Crash.

It started 2 hours from the end of a war. I did not get my last attack in.
I am the Leader too ... guess no wars for a while.

Here is the kicker .... I get the notifications that I have been attacked ... that still works it seems .... good to know I am getting raided while I don't have access.

I have received a response from customer service.
This is affecting a lot of people and the issue started about the same time.
They have not found what is causing it though and are working on it.
No estimate when it will be fixed.
But this is their top priority.... players need to be able to play.

It has now been one week since I was able to get the game to load on my main account.
Ironangel had a "fix" of some sorts last time this happened to everyone and that was to reinstall game after removing the sd card. This actually allowed me to load the game on another google account, meaning I have a base at iron age level, but still will not allow access to my "real" base.

I am also a leader but after last fiasco I appointed a number of co leaders so the alliance can still war. And with a baby base I have joined the same alliance and can keep them in line!

Apparently missing out on a second event now. Compensation better be good! I want my base back!

I started again on Android while iPad base got fixed and got up to Iron Age, get the alliance gate and join my alliance - both top & bottom of the list.

While viewing on Android I can see myself momentarily be online as iPad crashed which pointed to corrupt base data.

Currently on max Classical Age fighting in war (GA base is upgrading Academy) - life is so simple down below, just loot an abandoned GP/EA base once to fill my mills/markets, log out without worrying about medals, haven't been attacked in 2 weeks.

Tempted to start a 'Max Classical Only' Alliance and go to war, see what happens. If you upgrade to Medieval you get kicked.

It would certainly make sense that whatever was corrupted in your base would also be corrupt in everyone else's because it seems as I understand it. It happened to all of us at around the same time...

I am facing the same issue since past 4 days and have raised tickets but only received response once. Several people are facing the same issue like us. They say that its a known issue and team is working on it. For now we can only wait.

Mine got fixed after giving support some info about my account I got an answere that they have no fix and don´t know when it will be bla lbla bra..std mail and shortly after it worked to login...coincidence? Hardly...happened exactly the same to more...or i´m just a paranoid, crazy, playing too much mobile games freak that imagined it all..

Mine suddenly started working again after 12 days. I lost a bunch of loot to raiders. All builders free and no resources for them. But let me not complain. At least it loads again.
