I messaged CS in-game on Saturday. There's been no response. I'm only VIP 6 so sure, I don't get "preferred" status but to be completely ignored...

You've happily taken my money but you provide ZERO service/support. I'm getting more than a little sick and tired of it.

The issues keep piling up and you keep ignoring them. And from reading through posts here I see I'm not the only one.

Same here.
For some players Jenny replies straight away (I'm guessing your VIP level matters) and it other cases they just ignore you. I'm level 7 VIP and they ignore me like I don't exist.

Guess I'll start taking it to their social media pages and Google reviews. Screenshots, timestamps, etc.

More than 2 days? Lucky you. It's been about 10 days since I reported alliance to VIP, no reply. 🙄

So, their response to the issue was to send me 300 crowns. Doesn't fix the problem. My game, on wifi of lte, crashes during battle. It's been that way for a week and I'm not the only one in my alliance experiencing it.

I take the standard steps... exit the game, clear cache, reboot, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah. Happens at least twice a day, different times and it cost me some mercenaries I got from the daily video rewards. 300 crowns doesn't restore those tanks since they're a higher level than my town center and mercenary camp.

I very specifically stated I wanted them back. They didn't even acknowledge that. Just sent 300 crowns with a "Sorry for the inconvenience".

I’ve been in contact with Jenny over the past week and she said they are slammed with the release of the Parliament. I also had issues with games crashing during battle once I got to Atomic Age on an old iPad Air and had to get a gaming Android phone to handle all the troops. Doesn’t seem like the game would graphics heavy but I haven’t had crashing issues since.

Yep. Same here. I used to get a reply the same day, but now it takes about a week. The latest reply I got showed that they hadn't actually read my complaint at all, but gave me some nonsense answer. I guess they are just not interested...

How much have two things effected CS - 1, Covid-19 and 2 - Their new game they are working on. Staff numbers would be spread extra thin, if you live in the area they are based, hit them up for a job, they obviously are understaffed

Last week when the server went down, I emailed vip@bighugegames to notify them no one could get on. I got a reply from someone (won’t say who, but it wasn’t Jenny). He first asked me what my game ID was, so I gave it to him. He then replied asking me to use the in-game CS. I couldn’t get into the game to use it! Now I’m also only level 6 VIP, but wasn’t best pleased. Just trying to help them, only to be told to fuck off
