Hello to both of you. I tried to send you both Private messages but neither one of you accept private messages. Why? What’s the point of being forum moderators if players are not allowed to communicate with you?

Also, you both posted many weeks ago that you were going to fine tune and add features to this forum. What happened to that?

One more thing, as you can read, some players are posting that Dominations will soon end. Why haven’t you responded with something positive to say. I personally know those doom and gloom postings are not true, but I’m sure many players read those postings and some may believe it. From a business standpoint, wouldn’t it be wise to counter those doom postings with something positive? If just a few players believe those doom postings it could cause them to hold back any further spending on the game.

The communication from BHG has to be better. Don’t ignore players. Another example is that stupid donation bug. I see many complaints but no responses from BHG as to why that bug wasn’t fixed in this recent update. Say something. Talk to us.

Hi Horsepower , just wanted to provide a quick update here. Our private messages were not turned off on purpose. There was a bug preventing messages from going through on some of the newer accounts. However, this should now be resolved. So please try sending that message again, and we can take a look once it goes through.

Regarding the forums - We have a bit of maintenance to take care of here on the forums, and while we do have things planned, resolving the current tech issues is our priority. Some that have been here for some time, as well as a few that just popped up recently (blue everywhere theme!). Thank you for being patient while we get these issues resolved.

Hi Ayo, thank you for responding. Curious why you didn’t respond to the Dominations ending rumors. I think it would be a good idea to do so. I personally know the game is not ending but it would be a good business move for you to address that with some positive words. Rich

Being some time already on this forum I would say it is still working satisfactorily for me but this might be the priority for somebody else... I think you should be more focused to game perfection which generates you real money. I can live with the fact that who pays, let’s call them the VIPs, is having advantages (same in real life). I am just non paying user so I don’t expect anything, sorry for telling you. But Please be kind and polite to those who gave you already some money and there are a plenty of them on this forum. They deserve your answers especially if you are BHG moderators and probably you get some relevant salary for this job.

I have read letter from Tim Train many times but I am not sure if he speaks about the game we all play...
