I'm on the slow path to upgrading mortars, but I just don't see them being useful, even once fully upgraded. The only upside I see to them is that they do full damage to buildings, whereas riflemen don't, but it still doesn't seem to be enough of a reason to use them.

On artillery, that is clearly a polarizing issue, which is why I asked Brad his thoughts since that could put the issue to rest somewhat if the team states that they are perfectly happy with it currently. I think with the 40% damage bump howitzers have over artillery that the concern over this is going to increase, but we will see.

I am happy with the new content and I appreciate your hard work so much. I am fan of this game.

There are a few points I hope you are able to hear (I hope the game to be even better):
- No new general for WWII background age? Seriously? I do not mind to retire an old general if the concern is to not having too many generals.
- I think at least 9 more troop space in global age (each barrack provides 3) is a reasonable request.
- Please please please add more ranks in alliance to assign. Leader/council/ally is just too limit in raise morale.
- Please add one more house for global age, otherwise the starter pack II additional house bonus is not obvious ( 18vs16 is much more attractive than 16vs14, considering most upgrade need 4 workers)
- War replay. I respect mighty opponents and I hope I can learn something from their attacking replay.

i like the paratroopers idea but i really find mortars and bazookas very pointless to add
unless u reduce shooters dmg aganist defender tanks no1 is gonna care about bazookas
unless u make shooters unable to hit through walls or reduce their dmg aganist buildings no1 is gonna care about mortars
shooters still dominate those units without a doubt
also what significant role should mortars add instead of artillery? they -1 range from artillery makes them suicidal and unprotectable
u really should have considered making new units add a signifcant role that other units couldn't add, for me paratroopers a re great, mortars can have better role in defense than artillery but not in offense, bazookas totally useless for now, maybe it's not their fault, it's shooters' fault being multi-role units rather than intended as anti-defender units
