Did anyone else not got his 272 crowns for the VIKINGS offer ?

I just complained to Dominations about Ironsource because I completed the VIKINGS offer but I didnt get the 272 crowns promised.

The original offer in the offerwall was "player has to complete castle level 10" - which I did.
After I didn't receive my crowns I complained to Ironsource and my ticket was rejected.
I send them screenshots showing downloaddate 09.June, Castle Level 10 and Player ID with castle level 10.

When I opened the ticket on the Ironsource supersonicads website the offer miracoulusly had changed to "user has to complete a fast action".
But unfortunately I didnt do a screemshot of that - Things to learn if you deal with offers from them - MAKE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERYTHING !

Ok, they now deny my crowns by telling me just hot air:
"After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that ticket #7249743 cannot be approved.
Unfortunately, our system has indicated that your offer completion was not approved as valid by the advertiser.
The reasons could be that the offer was not completed per the specified requirements or that it was not completed via our offer wall."

They neither tell me what I should have to complete, not what I didn't complete - its just bla bla bla

So I just can ask if anyone else might have the same problem - then please complain to Dominations too like me about them

Next what I can say is - next time I will make screenshots from everything:
ORGINAL OFFER in Dominations and later CHANGED TEXT on the supersonicads website - to prove how ironsource betrays the players !

Not just you, a whole bunch of people have been having trouble with "free" crowns, including myself. And there is in point complaining to Nexon about it, they don't wanna know anything about it.

Are you sure it was reach level 10 for 272 crowns? Cause my offer wall says reach level 10 for 1,495 crowns. Could it be that maybe there was more then one offer for that game and you hit the wrong one? I’ve seen more then one different offer for that game. Have you played the game before you did the offer or did an offer already for that game? I just had one denied and got the same response so I went to settings only to find out that I wasn’t registered through my email in the in game settings so maybe that could be it. Or they’re just screwing you over like they’ve done many times before to many of us

I haven't had issue yet though I don't do that many of those offers either. But it's true that you if you try you should always take ss of what the offer is before you start playing than when you're done. It's also not Nexon that takes care of the crown offers it's someone else so yes the complaints will fall on deaf ears should you try to complain in the actual game. The numbers for crowns definitely changes back and forth because they have better or worse deals for the same game. Sometimes I've found that although I completed the task, I needed to actually create a game account or link it something first than collect. After that I delete game and account forever.

I think the worst time was playing finally fantasy game for 3 weeks to get 4k crowns and even when I finished it, it took an additional 2 weeks back and forth with cs but I eventually get them. I recently played 3 different games that took me all of 3-4 days to complete all the requirements and that got me 3k crowns instantly so it's just a coin flip with all this stuff.

You might be one of the lucky ones. I've had two crowns rewards awarded over a year ago. Since then I've had 0 from 4, despite all offers being with new accounts and on differing devices.
You only need to see the number of complaints about Supersonic to know the offers are not worth doing. They're even worse than Nexon when it comes to giving crowns.

Asked my alliance for help - one of them sent me a ss of his offerwall - clearly showing its "castle level 10" for Vikings - only he gets more crowns.
I asked him so also send me the details page when clicking the offer - then I will post too to show there's no in-app buying needed.

I complained to Nexon support too - and after I send them the screenshots I had taken they refunded me with the 272 crowns - KUDOS TO NEXON !!
I also sent them the screenshot I attach here now to prove what I complained about.

Its important to complain to Nexon - otherwise they won't know.

And it shows that its very important to make screenshots of everything - initial offer on the wall, offer detail page BEFORE installing it - download date from Appstore - reached goal ....
Then we have a chance to fight bach this scammers with the proof we have !

I am sick and fed up with IronSource support. Free crowns only seem to work at random. Their latest excuse for me is either I have not installed it through the offer firewall properly (my tablet is android so I use Google play, and my phone is apple so appstore) - they are my only options!

It just annoys the he'll out of me with their standard responses : Phil, the text you quoted is exactly the same as my latest update from "Bruce". I asked for someone to lodge a complaint with and he just ignored it. It's clear they don't care.

The worst part is that it is incredibly hard to keep a note of the offer as the wording disappears as soon as you install - and the offer within the game just says 'complete an offer'.....

It's so frustrating. Any idea who to write to at Nexon with a constructive complaint?

Dont even bother with ss, I documented events twice and got absolutely no satisfaction from IronSource and Nexon just sends you back to them. IronSource is so uncaring they dont explain what could have gone wrong. My guess is that I didnt have game center loaded or use a facebook account to register the game you are playing for crowns. So show them all the evidence you want you will get no satisfaction and those uncaring Ironsource *%$#@ have no interest in helping. My solution? I WILL NEVER PLAY ANOTHER GAME FOR CROWNS, very simple.

With all the complaints about these offers and the lack of support from this partner, where's Nexon's responsibility in all this? Sure they don't have to give us the crowns on behalf of their partner, but then why do they persist with this partner? First thing I'd do, if a partner company was getting so many complaints, is cut them loose.
There's obviously a strong financial incentive for Nexon to stick with them.

How Do you Do it? I claim to every email they have and they always ask me about the ticket number. I always tell them that I cant get a ticket number because that stupid app dont let me write any email (I send screenshots of everything Im explaining). They always answer back asking for the ticket number and dont reply about the issue I explain.

Stress-free online games rules : Download free games, play for free without spending money on them(our downloads have already contributed much to game company's revenue), don't take any offers from ads.
