I'm sticking to 6HTs, 2 bazookas/1 commando. All fighters. No war tactics for raiding.
Currently experimenting with 3 bombers and 2 fighters but they need sabotage sometimes.

I allways use heavy tanks they made my raiding and war attacks muck easier.
Using 5 HT mk2 with splash damage.
1 command.
The rest Infantry.
3 healing
1 decoy
1 betrayal
1 protect.

Raiding around 400 medals 9 out of 10 all tanks and fighters survive. (Bit more trouble with low level atomic)
And don't need tactics for raiding

Just don't group HT's and make sure you get the anti tank guns out before your tanks come close to it.

Yes, just went global last weekend so no library research for ht's higher then industrial. No museum artifacts for multiplayer, no uni research on fighters and HT.

Anti tank guns are the one and only thing that you need too clear for raiding. And don't rally using this strategy. Unless your sure the HT will take out the target in a sec.

For me this the most effective way to raid atm. Also use them during war.
