New Councilor - Lili’uokalani (Royalty)

Lydia Liliʻu Kamakaʻeha was born in Honolulu in 1838 and adopted into a chiefly household, where she grew up surrounded by future rulers of the kingdom. From an early age, she immersed herself in study and music, eventually becoming a masterful composer in her own right. While her music carried the heart of Hawaiʻi abroad, American businessmen and plantation owners were tightening their grip, seeking to profit from the islands at the expense of the very people she would one day rule. She ascended the throne as Queen Liliʻuokalani, determined to restore dignity and power to her people. Her solution was a new constitution that would roll back the “Bayonet Constitution,” which had been imposed by American-backed forces. This new legislation would return voting rights to Native Hawaiians and strengthen the monarchy’s role as a protector of the nation rather than a pawn of foreign business. Though her enemies forced her from power in 1893 with the help of the U.S. Marines, her legislative battle was not erased. Her legacy endures as one of defiance through creation: a queen who sought to defend her nation not with weapons, but with a constitution that imagined a more just and harmonious future.

Queen Lili’uokalani is of the Royalty Duty in Dominations. Adding her to your Council Chambers will strengthen the walls of your base and increase the damage from your Towers and Heavy Tanks.

Additional Updates

  • Additional Security and cheat detection features have been implemented.
    • Primarily focused on Resource exploits.
    • We’ll be monitoring the intensity of this security implementation and making adjustments over time to help improve and prevent creating further scenarios where ‘false positives’ occur.
  • Fixed an issue where Offensive and Defensive Drones could be targeted.
  • Fixed a visual issue with the Troop Tray that would occur when removing units from your army.
  • Fixed an issue preventing players from being able to claim the Strike Chest Reward.
  • Fixed an issue where some players would see a network error when trying to upgrade Ironside.
  • Fixed an issue where Commanders could be deployed with a Tactical Helicopter. This was not intended behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where 'Exalted Benefactors' bonus wouldn’t apply correctly to the Air Defense blessing.
  • Fixed an issue where the Estate would appear as a Dawn Age house after upgrading to Robotics Age.
    • This also addresses the related Quest, which is completeable with this fix.
  • Fixed an issue where, in some instances, the Commander UI would rapidly move up and down.

We hope you’re enjoying the Robotics Age, the new upgrades, and Commanders! 13.0 Was a massive undertaking to deliver as much content as we did, and while 13.1 may seem small, there’s still more to come. Look forward to 13.2, where we’ll be making a change to a particularly explosive unit. See if you can spot what we’re doing!

EDIT 11/5 1:53PM - Tournament of Glory updates has failed our QA process and is no longer on track to release in 13.1.

We have sent several tickets but CS fob us off with all sorts of nonsense. They believe that core players who have been in the rank 1 alliance for years are unaware of these directive or wonder tactics effects. Then we stopped reporting it because we knew it would become another bug that would NEVER get fixed, just like the sniper tower splash damage bug. It wasn't worth wasting any more time on it.

Your confirmation is utterly ridiculous. I've even seen people reporting this issue on this forum, yet your team still have completely ignored it.
We addressed the sniper tower splash damage a couple of years ago now, and even reworked it based on player feedback. Unless you're referring to a new issue that you're running into?

The paratrooper issue, you mean the firing speed brought on by the really high offensive stats from showcase? That isn't a bug, but I did share that it is something we'd like to address at a later time.

Before the manufactory update 2 years ago, sniper tower splash damage was similar to that of the Bazooka Tower and Mortar. However, since then, its splash damage only affects up to two targets, even if 100 targets are clustered together. Sniper towers only can do damage to 2 targets at most. Many players like Dradis have reported this issue countless times over the past two years.

About the paratrooper issue, what you've said once again proves to all players that you guys don't play this game at all. There’s NO line boost paratrooper’s attack speed in museum or showcase. They can only get 5% attack speed from library and 17% from manufactory. Their extremely fast attack speed is due to the ‘Heavy Infantry Attack Speed’ line from council and museum. You can get 98% (in MP) Heavy Infantry attack speed from there which makes them fire like in that video clip. BUT, before Robotics Age update, Heavy Infantry attack speed line NEVER affect paratroopers. If the current paratrooper attack speed is not a bug. Then it means that since the 10.0 update, infantry attack speed having no effect on paratroopers has actually been a bug all along—a bug that has persisted for more than 43 months.

Sniper Tower bonus from Committee didn't have that bazooka tower splash radius. It was always relatively small and effected like you say 1 or 2 units. When the benefit first came out it was much smaller, and wasn't large enough or visible enough to show this was happening, so we increased it slightly.

Correct, attack speed was introduced as a buff to paratroopers with the ability to equip them with munitions in 13.0 (using Field Kit). But the overall issue that is being reported is that they're firing fast, much like the range siege, coupled with Coalitions and other showcase benefits. Which exacerbates the rapid firing in this case because, yes, likely and possibly as noted, the heavy infantry speed may be applying to Paratroopers when it shouldn't.

Rapid firing speed from the large wave of showcase bonuses hasn't been addressed yet. Rapid firing Paratroopers was brought to our attention right after 13.0 (just over 2 weeks ago) it also hasn't been addressed yet. Other fixes and updates and a rather large list of them were the focus for 13.1, and not everything we're working on could make that update.

This sounds completely absurd. Explosive damage isn't explosive at all, but is effectively just a "double" shot in a small area.
And this is a committee bonus?

That’s why I used the word ‘similar’ not ‘same’. Their splash range was small yes. However, their splash damage can affect ALL enemies within a small area before the manufactory update, whereas now it can only affect a maximum of 2 enemies.

As for the range siege attack speed you mentioned, that reminds me—after the 12.20 update, the attack speed of RS and mortars has noticeably increased. Their current attack speed (without mythical BKD, using 2 lvl 10 munitions) is now same to the attack speed they had under Agility directive before the 12.20 update. We have reported this multiple times as well, even attaching numerous comparison videos, yet you insist you haven't made any changes.

Regarding the content you mentioned about the coalition and showcase affecting paratrooper attack speed, I can tell you unequivocally: they do not. The ONLY reason paratroopers now have such fast attack speed is that the heavy infantry attack speed line was mistakenly applied to them after the 13.0 update. Please fix it in the correct direction.

Here's a previously recorded attacking video. I know the quality is blurry, but it at least demonstrates how sniper tower explosive damage works — they deal damage to ALL targets in a small radius. Snipe towers after Manufactory update can only damage a maximum of 2 targets, regardless of how close the target units are to each other.

This is a set of clearer comparison screenshots. You can see one sniper tower shot damaged 9 targets. @Harlems369th

Is the sniper's gun a cannon??? Of course it's normal to hit just one person lol
Then remove the committee bonus about sniper tower explosive damage — that's a fraud.

Moreover, as I've emphasized many times, from the January 2022 committee update until the December 2023 manufactory update, sniper tower attacks have CONSISTENTLY functioned this way — this is how ‘explosive / splash damage’ SHOULD behave.

If you insist that ‘splash damage’ should work like only hit 1 or 2 targets per attack. Then BHG should change the mortar infantry's damage mechanism to work the same way. 🤣

Does your country's mortar attack only 1 person??? LOL

The sniper tower is also intentional
As I mentioned, when the committee was first introduced, the sniper tower's explosive damage weren't like this until the manufacturer update. BHG never directly addressed these changes and they claimed that they hadn't changed anything except slightly increasing the splash radius.

@Harlems369th We need you check those screenshots I provided earlier and explain why after the manufactory update, sniper towers can no longer deal damage to more than 2 targets if your team hadn’t change it.
