EA taking on IA

Is it possible for a High Enlightenment Age player to take on an Industrial Age player currently? I'm referring to the ones with reasonably well designed bases. Not the early ones and not the n00bs ones.

If possible, what is the best army composition you have found to be effective so far?

U can take most of the gold, the trade good, kill the tc in most battles against maxed out industrial bases using wall miners, raiders, infantry if ur tricky with ur tactics. There will be lots of trial and error to get it right though.
