Error 3032 with the special estate purchase

@Harlems369th @TheWise please I need help with buying the special estate on your website.

I tried to buy the special estate, but I kept getting an “error 3032” and the transaction didn’t go through for some reason. Now I can no longer see it available for sale on my account even though I was not able to buy because of that error.

I reached out to customer support, but they were not helpful. I was told “to just wait until it’s available again for sale.” This is not helpful at all given that it’s a special estate that’s only available during this 10th anniversary celebration. I am sure that it’s not hard for you guys to confirm that no transaction took place because my card was never charged.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me by getting me in touch with someone who can make it available again for sale on my account. Thank you!

Thank you! Will contact them. The problem, however, is that the special estate is now gone and I can no longer see it available for sale on my account, but I will see if they can do anything about it. Thanks again!

The estate sale has been suspended indefinitely due to a technical limitation. It isn't limited to the 10th Anniversary period, it was only to be released during the 10th Anniversary. We hope to bring this back but no ETA.

fair enough but I am not happy as I lost the 2nd estate. I hope we get a chance to buy it in the near future.
