exchanging resources with alliance members

So we were talking in the aliance chat about some resources a few ppl from my aliance have maxed and not having any builder to spend them .... and other members needed those resources, so I came up with the idea of saying "why not propous this to nexon?" ...
Basically the idea would be for players to be able to exchange resources between aliance members in the Mill, the Market and Refinery.. Primary because this game is based on AOE and Civilization and.. what a better way of "paying tribute" to the best games ever than doing Dominations a bit more similar to those games? :)
Lets say I need 100.000 gold ... I could be able trough the Market to "buy" from a player that is offering gold, and I could pay with food or oil depending on what the other person needs....
I hope you support my idea and we could make this happen! would be amazing :) ..

While I like the idea of trading with other alliance members, this idea is easy to abuse. If I can spread my oil out between 40 members to make myself a less attractive target for raiding, why wouldn't I do that? Once this happens, you may see a lot fewer bases worth raiding in multiplayer. Perhaps with a high enough tariff or limited number of trades per day to disincentivize this kind of abuse the idea may work.

Another possible abuse: open 40 accounts, join the same alliance, pool resources when you need to upgrade. 10k passive oil per day * 40 = 400k oil daily.

The idea is good as long as it commits the donor to avoid abuses. Example commit 4 workers to the delivery for 2 days or limit the donation of what is produced and not purchased.

It could be usefull and protected from abuse if we add some exchange rates. For example, you need to spend 500 oil so that your teammate could receive 100 oil. In this case you will still be able to help others and you can't use exchanges to save your own resources.

The other option is to create an alliance bank where you can put TGs and NTGs at least on Marco's usual rate 1/3 for others to use. It would not be an exploit if someone decides to create tons of alts, it would be just another way to trade his playtime into trade goods:)

I'm not sure that there would be many to spend 500 oil knowing that their ally would receive only 100. If the ally received 400 it would be more reasonable.

This would make it much easier for active war participants to stay up at high medal ranges (where NTGs are the scarcest resource for war). All it would take is a few players raiding at low medal counts to quickly fill up. Preferably industrial, to finish Moctezuma, but not a lot of barriers there.

I started playing this game because I loved playing Rise of Nations. I was expecting the market in Domi to be similar, where you can exchange your resources for others you need, but it affected the price. So if I needed oil I could sell food, but if I kept selling food for oil the price I could get for the food would drop. While I only ever played that game as single player and not sure how that would work in an alliance I think each playerplayer should have the option to sell their food for gold or use their gold to buy oil and food, etc.
