TinSoldier how about Edwin Drake, aka Colonel Drake, and his research would focus mainly on oil. And he'd be like chief Hiawatha and Mansa Musa, short research, some of his branches would reduce oil research time by 30% and capstone reducing these by 1 worker. There's some oil research in university that takes 2 weeks and requires 7 workers, we're long overdue for a leader easing that.
