Guys, don't expect a response from the poster (I won't even post your name because it's not worth it) he studied under Tim Train.

The whole stronghold idea with troop cards is just slimy. I'd love to c actual posts from actual ppl wanting troop cards to b donated for defense. The majority said to LIMIT them, so Nexon being Nexon used a bugged version of their own Google translate (most likely created by BHG) and thought ppl wanted this? A defensive bldg to help combat the ever growing offensive imbalance...yes. Being able to donate troops cards to this [non pay to win] feature...no!

Again u guys manage to act without reading into the whole problem. By the way how many troop cards will we be limited to one offense? How many troop cards can we donate to the stronghold? These r questions that SHOULD'VE been answered right from the start.

Offense overpowered really? What made you come to that conclusion? I think right now it is a perfect balance. I am afraid this update going to mess with the attack defense balance.

My alliance uses a couple of sandbags here and there and I don't see any difference in glory points what we are getting or anything. Moderator, you really need to check your stats.

always same isnt it? when you try say "game has critic fault and devs ignore &support problem for milking more money some one come and say "improve your skills"
veldan your arent first and not will be last. but if you have couple of world of my skill plz say same for empty desersted million of old domination players too..
atm game is sinking. and its going worse.

It really bothers me the analysis that was made of sandbagging in the top 10. Most top alliances weren't sandbagging in October....now only 3 of the top 25 aren't. I'm not debating if they are legitimate or not doing it, I'm just saying don't pretend it's not happening. Alliances are still able to play with AA players and Iron age players, sometime as much as 60/40, with nothing in between. We should get a clear definition of sandbagging if that's not it. There's no alliance sandbagging in the top 10, now that's funny stuff...

Fix German nation rally lenght, it says double rally lenght but it is not, it is only 2 seconds longer than normal !

is it so difficult to add 4 or 3 age max spread to world war rules. i think not. but in some cases i do not think it would help. a 67 level EA can also act like a sandbag if a top 10 has an average about 195-200

3 age spread would be a good start. We have AA down to Iron, and it wouldn't bother us to do one ww for IA to AA, and then the next for Medieval to EA for example. Maybe you would see more players sticking around a lower age (like IA) and upgrading their defense instead of rushing up, which in turn might make it harder to reach perfect scores as easy as it is right now.

At least 1 Iron Age attacked, but 20 Big guys need less than 6 hours for perfect Match. Hope Russians enjoy the 15 glory:p:p:p

So Nexon, instead of fixing sandbagging - and there were enough easy Solutions provided by the community - you developed the Stronghold. It will NOT fix the Problem but satisfy your Management (for short term). It will increase instability of the System. If it comes. Soon, sooner or even never!
In General, companies that develop something that does Not fit the recommendations of their customers will disappear very soon.
Sorry for this Game, but there will be other companies that will Take over and fit our demands

I'd be happy to support three age spread... but only for alliances who have any AA and global.. unfair on the lower alliances

Just looked, looks like they are ranked 17 on leader board. When you look through their alliance they have 5 inactive Iron Age bases. Inactive as in 90+ days since they logged on.. didn't look to see if any of those were in that war though.

I don't understand why they just don't weight wars like:
Top 25%=40%, 2nd quartile=30%, 3rd quartile=20%, 4th quartile=10%.

Obviously something would have to be worked out with remainders, and it's not completely perfect, but far better than what he have now. It would take roughly 4 sand bags to lower the average age that one does now.

Weighting every base evenly, but allowing for two attacks yet only requiring a base's destruction once leads to the abuse we have now.

I also think providing an options checklist before wars such as allowing card armies, a minimum/maximum age or level, etc. would help too.

Also, allow forfeits. If someone has the odds so heavily tilted in their favor is there really a need to wait 48 hours everytime? Just allow 'the baggers their precious glory they worked so 'hard' for and let everyone move on.

Perhaps consider half-wars. One attack, 12 hours planning, 12 hours attack phase. Not as a replacement of what he currently have, but as another option.
