Fighter Question

I have been slowly working on upgrading my fighters (currently researching Fighter MK3), but the stat boosts have been very minimal at each level (+3 DPS, small HP gain). Is there a certain point where the upgrade is more significant? The unofficial wiki seems wildly inaccurate regarding fighter stats, so I was hoping somebody here might know. Thanks!

Im wondering also, because it says dps but with lvl7 amelia fighter attack and teutotic fury with two mk4 fighter takes down a lvl1 air defense so it means its more dmg than what it shows on the stats

Here are some things that currently help boost Fighter damage and health:

• Statue of Liberty (+Attack)
• Air Superiority Blessing (+Attack)
• Medic Blessing (healing over time in battle)
• Library tech: Aviation (Chapter 1: +Attack, Chapter 3: Air Troop Capacity, Chapters 4 & 5: +Health)
• American Coalition (+Health during World War)
• University Great Leader: Amelia Earhart (+Attack, +Health, Increase Airstrip Capacity)

Thanks, I have done as much of that research as I can at my level (even finishing level 10 damage with Amelia), I was just wondering if there is an upgrade (say, between Fighter MK6 and Strike Fighter) where there is a significant boost in the stats. I was hoping triplane to Fighter would be a big jump, but it was the usual +3 DPS and maybe +100 HP. I wish there was better documentation on this. It would be motivating to know that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

The mk4-6 of any age seem to be the "better" upgrade, I think. You have to tough it out through the first 3

Wish we had two sets of stats for each unit. Kinda like Base Stats(buffed stats)

the boost is variable, the higher the lvl the more the boost for example currently resesrching strike fighter mk4 hp boost 261 dmg boost 13 remember that dmg boost is multiplied and becomes 222 boost vs defenders

what i noticed is max lvl of fighters is very good in terms of stats so i advice going forward in maximizing ur fighters they r very helpful

My max planes tech with Statues: HP 5938, dps 353, DPS vs tank: 6012. Remember the real damage for planes is much bigger than dps. It can kill a whole swamp of tanks as first contact!

Does the medic blessing heal the planes while they are just resting in the troop tray? Or the blessing only heal them when they are flying and taking down enemy troops?

TinSoldier I did not know the Medic Blessing applied to airplanes as well! That is good information for a little used blessing. Does it work throughout the entire battle or only when the planes are deployed on screen?

There seems to be a discrepancy in application of blessings power. The fact that some of the more obscure blessings such as medic do apply to aircraft make it imperative that this coverage is also extended to the training blessing, I think!

That's a great question! Airplanes need to be on screen for the blessing to take effect.

Seeing as the Medic Blessing cannot be had from the Temple I would count this as an extra incentive to use the Dock more often!

Good call. Fighter MK4 was a much better upgrade (+11 DPS compared to +3 for previous upgrades).
