Jordan2000 - the best thing to do is have them booted from your Alliance. If they are still causing an issue, please message Customer Service or myself.

You can make your alliance clean language only and kick anyone that doesn’t follow the rules

Yes I know that but they have made the comments then left to go to another alliance.
My alliance is clean but unfortunately we can not control Certain individuals that make these derogatory comments and leave a scar on my players is this not a form of cyber bullying.

In a few years they'll be playing Call of Duty: Iraqi Freedom, may as well let them get acclimated now.

Or you can set your alliance to invite only or closed. Though if you're trying to get new people, then that means you'll have to -gasp!- deal with people, and all the wonderful and horrible things that may entail. Kids can't wear oven mitts and bicycle helmets everywhere all their lives.

The online world and it's anonymity does invite its share of vulgarities but you may have to question just why your alliance is receiving so many of them at some point. I've been playing the game for over two years in myriad groups and I can't say I've noticed too many torrents of obscenities from random folks.

I did that once sir in a similiar experience. Sent CS screenshots of the chat filled with obscene language even by my standards.
After the player was booted. I am not joking when the response from CS was "We consider alliances a private matter."

In other words they refused to do anything about it.

There's a difference between dropping the f or ship bomb here and there but when a player goes overboard dropping racial and lifestyle slurs it becomes your (CS) problem when the latter happens as we have no way to ban/mute/ignore people from rejoining/talking other than setting group to invite which alot of growing clans do not do.

I for one am glad that CS doesn't play Speech Police. Police your own alliance and let those of us who aren't fragile snowflakes speak as we wish within our alliances. In our alliance everyone is free to say whatever they want. What we don't tolerate is incessant whining about hurt feelings.

If you don't like what someone says in your alliance just tell them to go cluck themselves and boot them. Don't let those roos-turds bring you down though how much of a problem can someone cause with just chatting in alliance? When you play a game that's open to the public, you should be a little thick skinned because there's always the chance that people will try and egg you on. Don't let them ruffle your feathers.

That's actually one of the things I like about the game, that there's no world chat where people just spam non-sense. Same reason for not being able to message specific people or alliances. It's just your alliance alone. Of course being an open alliance, we get players coming in all the time to try and poach our members which is annoying.

Use of foul language

Can we do something about players who do not get what they want in the alliance n then shoot off many foul words n go join another alliance? They r a nusiance to the game community. Thanks
