French nation players beware

The French AMX Tank unit spawns as an MBTmk5 and consequently gets wiped out easily. In my case it's lost me 10k of tank hitpoints & I'm failing in winable battles. Like lots of players I bought crowns to upgrade my AMX tank and to realise that you don't get what you pay for is a kick in the teeth. In the real world you'd get a refund for faulty goods but in the game you get treated like a fool and all my messages to customer services have got nothing but a blank. They won't say if it's just an issue with French tanks but I suggest you all check that your Tanks are actually being spawned as the unit it should be. After losing a tank in battle and before retraining, tap on the pic of the tank you lost in battle to see what was deployed. I know lot's of long term players are giving up and I'm a 4 year veteran & watched it all slide into a money grab. That's okay that they want to make money & we play on with eyes open but when something is seriously wrong any business should do right by it's mistakes and do the right thing. Admit there's a fault and compensate for losses.

With 4 years experience you should have known that barrack troops are useless. You can only blame yourself for spending crowns on upgrading them. Should they refund you? Probably not. Should they fix the issue, yes.
Learn from this mistake and switch to factory troops.
