I completed a Game of War offer which gives 2800+ crowns. However, I didn’t receive crowns automatically after completing the offer. I contacted dominations support and they ask me to contact Fyber support regarding this. I did the same and got a reply that please post the screenshot of the completed offer and we will dispatch the reward for it. I send them the screenshots of the completed offer but never heard back from them. After constantly following up with them with no reply for a week, I don’t know what to do next. I invested my 2 days playing that game and in return, I am getting a pathetic customer service from Fyber . Man, these game industry really don’t know how to handle their customers.

I've also completed fyber events on different accounts and only some were rewarded, others are still showing as 'verifying' for over a week now. :(

Fyber, this company is a mess.
You never receive your reward, you have to complain constantly.
Sometimes they don't respond at all. They just wish you give up in order to avoid to pay you.
Nobody seems to work at all there, they must party all the day long instead of working.

And when you complain to nexon 's cs about Fyber's behaviour, they don't give a **** also instead of helping you.

Absolutely right!! I contacted Nexon. They said they cannot deal with Fyber issue and asked me to be patient. WTF

Submitted a report to them 6 days ago, still have heard nothing back. I spent real money in one case, but did not get crowns.

My experience is the same lately, ever since after Thanksgiving holiday. Before I used to hear back always within 24 hours and they almost always credited the crowns. Now they don't respond until several days later and when they do it is usually the same automatic email so I have to keep sending them the same screenshots again. Maybe they are short on staffing for the holidays
