Game crashes when sharing a attack.

Having issues when sharing a attack. Every attack I share will crash the game and not able to share for a other 30 minutes. Am I the only one having this issue?

That's everyone in our alliance and pretty sure that's everyone. When you try to share replay it crashes but it doesn't actually load it and when you try again, you're still prohibited by time.

Android 7, RAM 4GB, Qualcomm processors. No issues sharing replays.
Yours might be iOS?
I've been following some similar posts like this, but I never had that issue in my device.

Android S8 so not about IOs. Didnt try to share one today dough. Maybe when text is included?

I am having the same problem, I am so pissed with the game that I can’t even bother to report.

I thought I had the same issue but wasn't sure, so I shared some of my attacks 3 days in a row, confirmed, phone crashed 3 days in a row.

Same problem here, the shared attack does not appear in my chat. But it seems that at least one of my clan members was able to see the shared attack.

This is an issue for several devices then. I personally don't have problem sharing with my main device mentioned before.
I tested to play on my old iPhone 5c, yash it beautifully crashed my ally playing on iPhone 5 also suffered it, so confirmed for all iPhone 5-s-c series, game crashed while sharing attacks. Playing on iPhone 7 though, has no trouble sharing. I figured the problem also occured on iPhone 6 series, and several Samsung devices.

Maybe we can list the devices suffering this issue here so it might help game team to fix it.

Edit : with the new winter update THERE IS NO SHARE REPLAY OPTION AVAILABLE
Don't want to lose every battle log when there is a new update

Hey No Angel yeah my device is Samsung S8 running android 8.0
Same on a android 4.4.2 Tabled (Yes I know ;- it's old)

This issue may be still occurring with some devices, and we're digging into why that is. Thank you for your patience!

Old replays are erased when we release new updates in the app stores, (and sometimes when we do other periodic game changes). This is to prevent confusion on possible replay errors that may occur with the old playback happening with the newly released code.

Still on all my devices. Use the replays often to show how to attack kind of mis them ;-)

I tried to share a replay from my defense log and crashed again. I was able to share replays from my attacks though!

Having this happen across multiple devices and multiple alliance members are reporting the same thing.

It's happening for me too and I've been having other issues too. Getting tired of getting the bot copy paste over and over. You'd think after reinstalling the game twice and clearing every cache for every application they might finally believe you but they just keep pasting the same junk again and again even if you open with saying you've already done all that. Another paste and instantly closed issue.

Any updates on this one ? We would really like it if where able to show the team how we attack. Our victory and or loss. Really miss the sharing.

Yeah it's still happening on the devices : iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, several Samsung devices.
Other Android with latest core have no problem.

Oh yeah related issue perhaps, I canceled my sharing, but then it's pushed through, so it's still counted? I've only clicked Share from battle log then canceled it though

it was written on the latest patch notes that this issue was fixed. Obviously not!

it goes on for months now. I dont understand why it is not fixed asap
