Hello, need to vent here! As support for Dominations is non-responsive. Iv'e been unable to log into the game for 4 weeks (Yes I've tried re-setting, re-installing and everything else.) The game tries to load, but then crashes, I don't even get to the loading screen, it happened all of a sudden and hasn't worked since. I am in Australia, I play on a brand new ipad 2, I have both Wifi and 4G connections to the internet. I've spent a bit of money on the game, so I'm frustrated, all that happens is that I keep getting attacked! Support has been of no help and nothing seems to be happening. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any sugesstions that I can try, as I'm getting nowhere fast?

Hey Figjam! Sorry to hear that you are having troubles. Have you tried closing all other running applications before starting the game?

I'm also concerned about this issue. Figjam was a top 10 player. He has spent time and money on this game, and now he can't play the game. If it can happen to him, it can happen to other players. If this happens, does Nexon offer a refund of money that players have spent? Or is it possible to be given a new working account complete with all the crowns the player has purchased?

Hey Aussie guy, I have asked Nexon both of those questions, the answer to both is NO, there is a serious lack of support from Nexon. They even referred me to Apple, Apple refer me to Nexon. There are serious issues with the chain of command! I'm not sure what there "team" of programmers or technical guys are doing (I keep picturing one chimpanzee, locked in a room with a type writer!) to fix the problem, but surely close to 5 weeks of being locked out of the game, something could have been done. By the way, I do try and log into my phone, it loads and asks me if I want to play as Figjam, as soon as I say yes, game trash on all devices, if I say no, game loads, so the problem is my account!

Yeah same here figjam, it's the update 4 weeks ago that caused it for me, not a single successful log in since then. This is getting ridiculous to be locked out of something we put some money in for such a long time. The chimpanzee seems quite likely at this point. And yeah the problem is my account too, it always crashes when I try to load into mine.

Sorry to here Ara, but glad I'm not alone! It's a pity, because it was a good game to play, I really enjoyed it, but think I've had enough now!

Wvolf you are so out of touch with reality. "this definitely less than ideal"??!!. Are you kidding. Cheaters are cheating and you do nothing! Figjam and ara are players who play fair and PAY! And you can't even get them back online. I'm really concerned about the future of this game. All you can say is "thank you so much for your understanding and patience while we work on it". Sorry but we don't understand,we are fast running out of patience. Your telling me that fair playing top ten players are locked out while cheats like 4u2nV, haki and the top dominators goons run rampant. Get real dude.

hey Wvolf, I followed your link to see the bugs you are working on. Why isn't my bug listed? I've been reporting it for over 4 weeks now, so why isn't it listed there?

Hey Figjam, the devs have identified an issue specific to your sign-in account and have made a fix. Please hard-close and try loading the game again. Let me know if the issue persists -

Hi Wvolf, cheers, it works again. Why did it take 5 weeks to fix? I suppose some compensation for losing 40 ranking places is out of the question?
