Game No Longer Loads on iPhone X IOS 11.2.6

I upgraded to iOS 11.2.6 last night on my iPhone X. Experienced lots of crashes during load today, for the first time ever. Tonight it will not load at all...sometimes it crashes right away, sometimes it gets to the opening "sale/offer" screen and then crashes; but it ALWAYS crashes, at least 20 times now. My phone is only half full of storage, I've closed out all programs from memory, and I've hard rebooted...all the "easy" suggestions in the FAQ have been tried.

From here, it appears to be something in iOS 11.2.6 that "broke" DomiNations. Please issue a bug fix asap!

Same here, it’s been 2 weeks. Please help with this. I posted crash logs but they were removed.
I have this too, can’t play at all. Please help.
100% broken on an iPhone 8 too. The game does not support iOS 11.2.6.

Hey, am having the same problem. My game keeps crashing. Day after day - its hugely frustrating. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this? I have an I phone 7 and completed the new update as well. Please advise. Thanks!

I’m operating fine on 11.6.2 but with one problem. Swipe application close does not work. Once opened, Dominations will not close. Only way is to receive a call on the phone and then hang up to return to home screen. Can’t even power off when Dominations is in operation

Still completely unable to play except on an occasionally borrowed iPad with iOS 10 on it. It’s been over a month now, and this issue also isn’t on the known issues thread, so we have no update into whether this is even being looked at. Nearly every single recent iOS reviews is about these crashes, so you’d think it would be a priority.

It has now been 5 months with no update, completely unable to play. There have been several game and iOS updates, none have helped. The game crashes IMMEDIATELY on launch, 100% of the time. Please help with this or at least acknowledge that the developers themselves have any knowledge of this issue.

I know multiple people on iPhones, including an X, who are on the latest iOS version and latest game version and are not having any issues. It sounds like your issue is something directly to do with your setup and not a global problem. You should be contacting CS directly, describe your issue and provide crash logs to them, and see if they can help you work through it

Posting here is helpful for problems that lots of people are having. Not as much when it is one or two users.

I have opened many in game tickets. Not a single customer support rep has acknowledged the crashes or done anything to help. If they respond at all, they just link me to a random forum post. i tried 3 times to copy and paste the support response, but attempting to copy it just crashes the game.. so yay. (on my borrowed iPad 2)

As far as I know not a single developer has ever seen the dozen crash logs I have sent in.

Edit: By the way there are 8 iOS reviews just in the past 2 weeks from people unable to play the game with the exact same issue. It's been like this since February without a single developer response.
