When is something going to be done to stop the outright cheating... you say you address all reports but they still exist worse than ever

if you can't fix the cheating teams buying elephants stables and sentries just won't spend the money because they cannot beat these cheaters
no income = no income for nexon/bhg and ultimately no game for us
we don't want that
please wipe any cheaters off the face of this earth and make it that they can't come back

the fact that these alliances can still even use the names makes a complete joke of your ability to control them
please I beg fix this

Their not blind just choose to ignore the problem. I have sent them information on 3 cheats one had 60 + citizens upgrading and the player is still cheating, But they take cheating very serious yeah right

Who is crazier: the company that consistently has not dealt with cheaters for literally years, or the players who expect them to suddenly start now?

Nexon. Does. Not. Care. They only care about their bottom line, and they've clearly decided that cheaters do not impact that enough to do anything.

how can nexon get rid of the cheaters .they (nexon) have so poor developers ,they need the ;likes og garuda sakti to show them the loop holes LOL

Add Rus Best War to your list of cheaters. Still using blessings in ww when it was suppose to be fixed in the last update. Doubling up on coalitions in almost every attack. Low AA players (including one with industrial mercenaries) cleaning strong 3D+EA CWA bases like butter. Their top player even has 2 walls too many 157 vs 155 (I tried to copy the base). We screenshot everything, send it to CS, and getting the same reply every time: We will investigate, we can't tell you anything. And meanwhile, we keep losing wars. Top 100 is a joke. The game use to be fun before SH, but now is a joke. The money I and my teamates have given to these clowns is no joke. And they keep bring up new ways to make money instead of fixing what's broken. The message we are getting is: Yeah, go ahead, cheat, as long as you keep paying, suckers!
