Generals cooldown is so bad

current generals cooldown is too long, and i mean really too long, and with the silo in game, generals are 100% to be put into cooldown after each battle, and not just an hour or too, mostly 6hrs+ and even for 21 hours

that's really bad cuz 2 war attacks need to be done in 24hrs and the current cooldown is not acceptable since attacker is the only side getting punished for damaging his generals

so either reduce cooldown on generals or don't make a cooldown on general's for war attacks and keep it for multiplayer

Yes, its scandalous to wait 24h for generals, and you wait the same for 5 level general and 50 level general to recovery?!? There should be some kind of time scale for this: generals 1/5 - 10 minutes, 6/10 - 15 min, 11/15 - 20 min , plus generals blessing, maybe even for crowns ( 1 blessing for 60 minutes could cost 10-15 crowns.
Or something like that...

Please. A level 50 general should be able to recover faster than a level 5 if anything. Going the opposite way is silly.

Disagree, stronger units ( in this case generals) always need more resources and time to train, in this particular case to recover. Almost like you claim that ARL need less time to train then R35...

our generals should be treated like heroes in CoC. I ONLY use generals in war because of the training time. whats the point of having half the troops we have if we dont use any of them in MP? Its the same with tactics, i dont use them in mp at all either because of the training time.

these things combined mean im going to stay low medals and just use infantry for raiding. it actually gets pretty boring doing this, id love to actually take on bases with full troops and tactics.

though the crown costs for fast recovery are reasonable. there needs to be some time/crown/money sink.

one thing that would ease recovery time AND reward good playing: right now the lowest health the general had during the fight is considered for recovery time, make it the final health is considered, so you have the chance to heal the general up before the fight ends.

There could also be different queues World War and Multiplayer e.g. so you dont waste you general in MP for WW and vice versa.

We already pay 1200+ oil each time we use them. Isn't that enough of a price to pay? The 24 hour cooldown is way too long. It should be 3 hours max.

There are so many buildings to sink crowns into to advance, they shouldn't be needed just to play the game.

This game keeps following CoC's model - well, follow it this far: No PTW, only pay to advance. Stop killing your own game with a thousand papercuts. 10 crowns for a general, 20 for a tactic, and pretty soon you are playing with no crowns, or spending money just for ongoing play. May be profitable for a bit, but it isn't fun. So people quit, and the game dies.

3hrs is still WAY to long. we should be able to retrain everything for attacks in around 30 minutes total WITHOUT blessings.

Yes they should... I can't even remember when I last time used full army, tactics, mercs and generals in multi...
For hardcore war players there is only 2 choices: go abyss with your medals, farm ntg, dont use (or really be careful when using) generals, marcs and tactics, or spend 50 usd weekly for crowns for instant retrain, stay high medals and farm with full army strength... don't really see any other option

they already require stupid amount of oil to train 2nd and 3rd generals if they are too high lvl

last time i checked 20 hours cooldown needs 35 crowns to clear, not everyone can afford that, meaning everytime u want to clear cooldown ur paying 70-100 crowns for 2-3 generals, too much in my opinion

I like the silo, but I have to agree on the general training time. You could work around it before, but with the introduction of the silo, the general training time must drop significantly.
