Every Nation should at least have 1 General representing them but unfortunately, the Chinese, Germans, Romans and Koreans doesn't have one. Also those Generals who doesn't actually represent an exisiting Nation which are Cleopatra and McArthur but it is not really an issue if they belonged or not.
Going back these are the current Nations that have their representative General:

Greeks - Alexander
Japanese - Nobunaga
French - Joan of Arc and Napoleon
British - Churchill

There are plenty of iconic people to go about for those Nations that do not have a General of their own:
Koreans - Yi Sun Sin (could be a ranged general being a naval commander)
Chinese - plentiful on top of my head. They could be Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian, Sun Quan, Sun Tzu, Zhuge Liang, Sima Yi etc.
Germans - doubting that Hitler will ever be added. Erich von Manstein, Volker Weiker, Hans Joachim von Zeiten.
Romans - Constantine, Scipio Africanus, or Gaius Julius Cesar himself. Since Romans use the Italian terminologies in-game, modern times would be Giovanni Messe and Giulio Martinat(He was an Alpini General. Might be nice since Alexander is the commander of the Companion Unit as Companion is the Unique unit of Greeks as Martinat to Alpini.)

Sun Tzu is already in game riding a tank (and summoning more tanks). For me rommel is a good choice also the other ww2 generals but there's also other candidates like Bismarck. Other nations Korea yeah Yi sun shin isn't a bad choice and for the Roman's yeah I'm very surprised Ceasar isn't in the game while Hannibal of carthage did
