German nation and NO reduction in rally time

As title says... I picked Germans and i am getting no reduction in my rally time. Hope this will be fixed soon. Its a bummer.

Wanted to add a screenshot. I have found others having same issues when I search this site. Is it in the works to fix this issue?

Just bumping this as I am having the same issue.

In Iron Age, Chose German Nation, and no reduced Rally time.

German Rally boost

I chose the German tribe because of the benefit of supposedly being able to use the Rally function more often, but I have noticed that it has the same cooldown time as before, thus not speeding it up at all like I was led to believe. Though it does seem to properly last longer on each use.
