glitch / bug?

From time to time, I tend to check other player's bases to get new ideas etc.
In doing so over the last few days, I've noticed several examples of the following:







Apart from the player handle not being displayed, most of the structures appear to be located in the forest..?
Is this a (known) bug just like the one where structures appeared to be stacked on top of the Town Center, or is it something else?

Hi, neoncity -- thanks for taking the time to share this with us! It's hard to determine whether this is display issue is only occurring on your end or if the actual player is experiencing it as well. I'll share this info with the game team though, thanks!

Sure thing, glad to help.
Just in case, I have witnessed this on different days, with different bases/players (just to eliminate the 'freak occurence' option).

I've also seen this many times - I assumed that once you hit an "enlightenment" age or something similar it allowed you to build in the forest?!

I've actually noticed that for one particular base, this glitch is gone now.
It seems Aulia was right on the money about this probably being a display issue.
Will update if the issue keeps coming up.
