Help please question about university research time reduction artifacts

Hi, I am about to buy the soul catcher that is currently offered for 300 coins. Its other status are bad except the -6 university reduction.
If I saved again and bought another one like the mars rover for example, do they stack? Please some one confirm as I can’t find any information about this anywhere.
By stack means if I upgraded both do I got 30% university reduction?? Or there is a cap limit?

yes they do stack BUT for the love of god DO NOT GIVE 300 tokens for a multiplayer artifact....
It is worth to do it only for WW artifacts. Unless of course you do not play WW at all. In that case, feel free to buy it.

but university research help also a lot in war? University upgrades apply to both mp and ww?

yes they do but having a WW artifact that boosts your army is a lot more important than giving 300 tokens for a mp artifact

Depends on your troop combo of course.

I dropped heavy calavry, I jumped now to information age with 310 level, I focus on mix of HT , artillery and many mortars. For air I use 1 transporter + 3 fighters and 1 recon . I think I need to focus more a bit

Why HT?
For WW, use artillery+mortars. The artifacts are easy to find for this combo

use either 2 transports, 2 fighters or 2 recon, 1 transport, 1 fighter
