Please contact the actual game developers on all of these issues that aren't being addressed here on the forums. Nexon is not doing a good job here on the forums at all and BHG should know about it. Here is the information you will need.

Yes it's basically an open forum with no mods. I wish BHG would open a real forum with feedback from people who know something about the game. Unlike wvolf who knows nothing and only gives copy paste answers.

So is the answer to this that everytime we post something, send it in an e-mail to BHG? How do we stop them blocking us as spam?

Guys as I checked at the site of Big Huge Games. I seems like they're still recruiting some expert people in different job specialties like Senior / lead designer, database engineer, Data Analyst, Programmer and Q&A tester. So basically they're still in searching of a better development in the game. So I think we better hold on and wait for their big moves later on, I think big huge games is not letting this game down. This game is still new, we need to give them time to develop :) And yeah I already sent my concerns regarding of those bugs, game crashes, game lags every 20mins or so, and some features like alliance war, global chat, weekly events and daily quests. Guys, you better also send some of your concerns about the future of the game. Their email: info@bighugegames.com

The last time this company made a game they had to file bankruptcy.....but now these new people just bought the company from auction last year...so I'm hopping they don't want to follow.that same path...but they sure aren't doing a good job about it.

Should compensate us with Crowns for every game crash.
But you are compensated with crowns every time you are under attack.
And the old man at the top left of the screen kinda gives you endless crowns as long as you make the effort.

Crowns are definitely made accessible to non-paying players with those functions. It is not like Clash of Clans where you are limited by the number of stray plants that appears. Anything more kind of destroy the balance between paying players and non-paying players.

In all games, we need a good mix of paying players and non-paying players.
Paying players ensures that the devs can maintain the game so that more players from all over the world will be able to appreciate the game.
Non-paying players are necessary too as they can enhance the player pool which is especially important for games like these. This is definitely a game which requires a large community, akin to that of Clash of Clans with approximated 100million to 500 million downloads in google play store.
Maintaining the balance between paying players and non-paying players is very delicate, which is also partly why there are concepts of Alliance, to promote a sense of belonging.

Besides, it is a game crash isolated to your device(& possibly other affected players) and not spread across the server. It would be difficult to manage and keep track the frequency of game crash. The essential is to instead find the root source of the game crash to prevent such instance from happening again.

Hi Miasmic,
What I did was to drop a mail over to info@bighugegames.com as stated by the thread starter. The devs did mention that they are monitoring the activities on the forum but due to a lack of manpower, they are unable to handle feedbacks promptly. Hope what I am saying is of any help to you. Judging from the post below, you are likely to have sent the mail to the devs.
