I’ve been playing 3 accounts on 2 iPads and iPhone for years now, and I could play all 3 on the same device just fine. But since last night, I cannot switch accounts anymore. My main account loads, regardless of Game Center account I’m being sign into. I reinstalled the game, I wiped one iPad, no luck. New game starts, I am able to load my main account, but when I sign in to different Game Center accounts, game won’t pick saved progress anymore and will continue with main account. Even after wiping iPad and signing into alt Game Center, game starts with new village and doesn’t find saved atomic town. I can sign in to main Game Center and game will find that, but my alt seems vanished.
Customer service gives me canned responses without reading the tickets, because how can you reply to the above saying that creating multiple accounts on one device is unsupported? The accounts were created years ago, I cannot switch existing accounts, not create new ones.
Nexon is really screwing up recently, our feeder alliance basically got killed because chat is empty and all messages are gone as soon as you reload the game, and now I cannot play with alt accounts, alts that I put some money into.
