meantime nexon are introducing a quick buy to negate all the great effort people have put in on their saladin.... they break game... don’t fix it.... then introduce s massive kick in the guts... no respect for the players

I’m glad it’s fixed Vixen That was quite an ordeal for a lot of folks. I was planning on a walkabout last week but thought better if it when I saw everyone having problems.

It’s still broken Gail. I tried Vix’s idea but didn’t work for me. I’ve given up and just stopped playing.

There are still outstanding issues. We have people who couldn't / cant chat. And friendly challenges don't update or show results properly unless you are the first attacker or the poster of it? Really weird stuff.

The best advice that worked is, leave your and any alliance for 24h or more and regress, it worked for 4 players in my alliance.

Worked for someone in my alliance. But this is not a solution TinSoldier . You guys created this awful chat mess and still its not fixed.

If leaving an alliance is your solution to players the you are gonna have a mass exodus from the game on your hands.

A small one has already started from what Ive heard so far.

One of our players who has been out of commission for 2 weeks was able to return and chat. He has probably tried leaving/coming back at least 10 times in those two weeks, so maybe they actually applied some fixes.

I’ve managed to fix chat issue. Here is what I’ve done:
1) Left my alliance
2) waited 20 minutes then went into open alliance I’ve never been before
3) stayed 20 minutes and left open alliance
4) waited 20 minutes and sent request to my alliance
5) once accepted in my alliance, chat was working ok

Thanks to all these ideas! I have finally managed to be able to chat and be a full member of my alliance again!

We had a player who tried everything to fix this bug (couldn't chat, couldn't ask for troops, and saw chat of alliance he visited). He tried the 20 minutes thingee, did not worked.

Anyways, what worked in the end, is this.... he waited until the ww was over and before we started a new one (to have no link to our alliance), he left the alliance and didn't join anybody else for a full 24 hours. He came to us, and the problem was resolved...evrything back to normal.
