Hey Vincent, I'm fairly sure that you didn't follow the rule about when you request to join you need to type in there that you have read the rules and are from the forums. A council member declined your request lastnight, you are welcome to request again following the rule and we would love to accept you!

You will have to wait 24-36 hours before you can apply again though because the game has a cooldown to prevent spamming
