Launch Events

In an effort to get the conversation started, I'm starting this thread on events that could help launch the game upon its expected release in 2015. Given there are people already playing the game, interacting inside and outside the game, I would welcome our participation in -- and possibly even initiation of some -- such events as well as those from developer Big Huge Games and publisher Nexon. Some initial suggestions:

- "Let's Play" livestream(s);
- Player-vs-Player (single and/or alliance) tournament;
- Contests (giveaways, skill testing);
- Developer/publisher blogs;
- Interviews;
- Social Media campaigning.

Sounds great!! I would like to participate in an events like these. If its possible in my own language (dutch) i can talk easily that way, instead of broken english..

Hopefully Aulia will be able to give us an outline of Nexon/BHG's launch events early in the New Year.

A tournaments looks nice hmm why is that BHG launched Dominations on Asia but not on other countries do they expect that there are more players in asia than in Europe or America? Social Media Campaigning is good to

Sioux I have to say your a bit extreme. But in all honesty I feel nexon deserve this. Thus is the result of a lack of support. You can't take peoples money and allow cheaters to cheat and then barely even answer the questions of the players who wanna play honestly! A fix is not good enough. We need COMMUNICATION! and currently we get BARELY anything. Tell us what your doing. We like lists not generic reply. Go hard Sioux these guys need to learn how to take care of their peeps.

All these bugs in this list.... it's crazy?! Makes me pretty mad that people are madly using all these cheats.

I tend to agree that while Sioux is pretty extreme, but also agree that he spend a lot of money right? he has been campaigning to stop cheating - and a LOT of it? Yet the response here has been so poor it's very disappointing.

While I don't support the extreme nature of what he's proposing - it's very clear that it's been coming for a while, and Nexon keep ignoring it? This could all have been resolved with clear communication and very limited action.
