Just figured we could make use of the waterway and add landing craft assault vehicles that hold troops that can deployed anywhere along the bank. Once deployed it would come from the same direction as the trade vessel and players can use the touch screen on their device to determine where it would make landfall along the banks. Perhaps introduce navy seals as a new troop for industrial age or later.
Also if their was a way to do it, paratroopers as well but a one time deployment per battle only. Maybe from one of the existing flying units or add transport plane or bomber.
