Load Issues Since Launch

Thanks for your interests and continued support for DomiNations. Since the worldwide launch of DomiNations and influx of new players, the game team has been working hard to identify issues related to the initial load of the game after download.

In order to prevent this from happening,
  • Try loading the game while you are connected to a reliable wi-fi connection. This is especially important for lower end devices, as you will see an initial download bar before ever playing the game.
  • Please be patient during the initial launch of the game, and do not force quit the game until it has completely loaded.
If the issue persists,
  • Try deleting the game completely including the cache/data and reinstall the game (while you are on solid wi-fi connection).
While the game team continues to work on the issue, for further assistance, please contact Customer Support with a screenshot (that clearly shows the particular part of the initial load that is freezing/crashing) before you force quit and send it to Customer Support using any one of these methods:

-- Submit an in-game support email by tapping Settings > Customer Service
-- Submit a support email that includes your Player ID / Username via this link: https://support.nexonm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
