Looted resources refund in museum not working

Like the title says, I’m not getting refund, I have couple of artifacts with 23% right now. I should be getting resources back every time I get raided, but I get nothing. See linked image.

Silly question but are you positive you have the right artifacts on display?

There is some minimum % of damage they must do in order to trigger resource refund. It looks like they just hit your TC which wouldn’t be enough to trigger it.

Absolutely. One is legendary, another is with most looted resources bonus so no chance it’s not on display.

That’s the case for blessings, not for museum. Unless of course they omitted that piece of information. Either way I had attacks that did more that 10% damage and didn’t trigger refund anyway. I reported that to cs a while ago and the response was they had forwarded it to devs to investigate. And that was the end of it.TinSoldier can you clarify how that refund in museum is supposed to work? Does it need certain % of destruction to be triggered or is it bugged?

I received confirmation from CS & the museum artifacts also need 10% damage to trigger. Sucks that you got 10% but no refunds.
