Loss of progress - Cities rolled back in time

My city was affected and rolled back several weeks, i've lost purchases too... Pls fix this!

Anyways, I've seen several people complaining about the same issue. If resetting the device couldn't work, try using barely new Google account there ; or use other device to login.

I am a 184 level player
And now with this bugs.i have been to level 181
I have upgraded my airstrips 2 times and Factory 2 times also with the discount Industrial /global.global to atomic.. and Atomic to Cold war
and now i have lost everything.

upgrades in Armory
all 2 slots
My barracks was upgrading max Atomic..this aslo i lose

Have played day and night during the discount
All i want is to regain all my upgrades
Level and my crowns also

I really hope they’re able to recover the lost data as I experienced many sleepless nights grinding to upgrade walls and buildings as part of the summer rush event.

I got rolled back from level 143 to 137. The worst part is that I took advantage of Rush Through the Ages to go from Industrial to Global Age and put a LOT of time during the last month to advance my civilization enough to be at a decent level when I advanced to Global and now all that effort is lost. I am devastated!

my account back to the industrial age,whereas in the last 1 month I worked hard to increase to global age ... I already have a missile silo, blacksmith level 9, Mercenery Camp level 9, level 3 Air strip, level 7 Academy Academy but why are all that lost and returned to the age of the industry ??? while in the world war account I am still global, it is very disappointing ....

Three plane upgrades

half factory upgrade
half bunker upgrade
dozens of walls

Doesn't sound so "isolated" as they want us to believe. My bet it was a crash and they went back to the last disaster recovery copy - which was a while ago - that's the more worrying thing. Their DR seems to be months behind. They should be backing up hourly with a realtime game like this.

The same thing happened to me, I was at level 83 and I went back to 71. All of Polvara's evolution was lost. Through the history of battles I got a Print from my base of how it was and how it is now. Tragic...

Hi! DOMINATORS - Facing this unfortunate turn of events with one of our 7 Family Accounts & this being my Prime Account; not withstanding the Time, Effort, Stress, Sleepless Nights especially during the recently concluded Global Rush Event - I'm back to the Industrial Age Era - Very frustrating no doubt & i empathise with all those affected - Hope the Guys get it back restored & the worst part is unable to share my current screenshot on CS - need to set that right, as well...
