Lv 51 Medieval: 4 Catapults, 6 Barracks, 4 Stables. How is this even possible?

A lv. 51 Medieval Japanese player named -katstar- from Indio Republic alliance has the following buildings:

12 farms
4 catapults
2 town centers (not Forbidden Palace, town centers)
6 Barracks
4 Stables
4 Ballista towers

And a map virtually cleared entirely of forest.


How is this even remotely possible?

It is only possible through a bug that was supposedly "fixed" in this last update. I imagine some people either slipped through the cracks, or they just fixed the bug itself, and didn't remove the extra buildings/walls from those that already benefited.

That's extremely stupid.

He has a HUGE advantage over anyone else. I really hope mods do something about this player and anyone like him who are benefiting immensely from a glitch.

Obviously this has not been fixed by the last update. Nexon has been aware of this issue for at least 4 months. I sent reports back in January. Their failure to adequately address this "glitch" is extremely poor. Let's not dance around this issue...this is straight out CHEATING! I don't understand why these accounts are simply not deleted? I have put time and money into this game. How much money does Nexon make from a player exploiting these game weaknesses versus someone like me who is playing and paying fairly? I'm sick of this issue being dismissed as a "glitch" or a complex issue. Nexon, cheaters are killing your game...DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I went and checked this cheat out and noticed he hadn't donated or requested a single troop yet. That could mean he has not updated his game. If that's the case then don't worry cos he won't be attacking. Bit if he has and then nexon really need to start banning players. It's bad enough that they let all the 'top dominators' cheats get a way with it for so long.
