MAJOR BUG - Game State Corrupted

I was just hit with a nasty bug after viewing the "Making of" video linked to in my in-game mailbox. Upon returning to the game, my upgrading-to-Iron-Age city was gone, replaced with a Bronze Age city containing all level 1 structures (mine were fully upgraded), and a Wonder that was different than the one I chose and not fully upgraded. Solutions included closing the app and restarting it, rebooting my iPad, and deleting and re-downloading the app. Nothing worked. And when I launched the app for the first time on my iPhone, it gave me the choice between starting from scratch or using the corrupted save. So, the server data appears to have been corrupted.

Has anyone else encountered this major bug?

To the developers: is there anything that can be done to remedy this? If not, then I'm done with the game, as I don't feel like investing all of that time, once again, to get back to where I was.

Samething happened to me, more than a week ago. Ti still isn't resolved, I filed for a refund of my 10 bucks in app purchase.

This happened to me yesterday too! I opened my game only to discover that my layout looked like a tornado went through my village, some buildings were IN the forests. My game seemed reverted back several levels, from experience level 16 down to 10... All of the time spent upgrading wasted.... The only upgrade that survived were my army upgrades. If this is not fixed, I'm not going back to this game.
