I agree that he’s a totally useless addition to the game. Only time I like him is when he sells troop chests for rubies, which is almost never.

It's a shame because he was introduced full of potential, but turned out to be useless. If this continues I'll stop even bother to see what he offers. The only useful thing about Marco Polo is the achievements which will give you crowns for trading with him

Nothing wrong with Polo. Who can say no to a few free troop cards every week. I earn 900 rubies each week and buy 2 Troop chest every week. Not the best cards but the crazy cars and impi give a decent punch.

I don't say "no" to these troop chests and I also take advantage of them. Whining is not my sport, but I don't think that the Marco Polo feature would meant to be useful for these troop chests only. I can't deny it's better than nothing, but a few improvements on what he offers wouldn't hurt.

marco polo should've been focused on introducing different troop chests for rubies
but instead it's only 1 or 2 types of rubies and 4-6 types for crowns
the only chest i get for crowns is the Elephant Archer chest, the only one worth crowns imo, otherwise the rest are trash and some of them even not worth the hard earnt rubies

i would like to see 2-3 more chests sold for rubies beside the original troop chest, give players more options for the cards they want for their rubies, that's what marco polo should be bringing

another thing i noticed, they used to offer 2:3 ratio of NTG trades, now its 1:3 that's a big drawback and making it not worth, cuz it's a waste of ntgs to get only 1 of a rare variant

Unlike the dock or daily bonus or victory chest that offers mediocre rewards or troops for free, MP should come around once a week and only bring heavy hitters that cost rubies or crowns. Heavy hitters being elephant troops, armies or specialty buildings, and it's understandable that they're fairly costly ie: worthwhile.
If he's going to be offering cider and metal in the chests then he's no better than the dock or league rewards. And if he's offering cider/metal for a payment, he's actually less than the others.

Agree, like several other aspects of the game, MP is no where near his potential​​​​​. Most chests are lame and the NTG trades being reduced to 3:1 are now pointless
You should be able to trade any NTG for any other NTG at a ratio of 3:2 - perfect way to regulate NTGs and allow for the disparity in nations that players use

I don't mind ntgs for 150, training blessing for 50 or those troop chests.
Other things are basically a rip off, HP and DPS are never according to age.

Absolutely right on target. I would only that I want troops for rubies, not chest. Half of what I get from chest is useless, like leather and fur.

What's more infuriating than him having nothing worthwhile to see is that when ever he appears and I log into the game, the screen automatically jumps across to him without me clickin anything. Is this intended? Or nexon just trying the hard sell? Personally it's just as bad as spamming ads and I'm sure if someone kept making you go some where you didnt want to on these forums they would be banned. Cut the Marco polo in game redirect out nexon. Its NOT WANTED
