Missing Crowns from Ironsource

Hi, I made an offer for 30 days from Looney Tunes and I didn't get any crowns. I wrote to the advertiser Ironsource, but he didn't yell back and they completely refused my offer even though I took evidence that I earned the crowns. Now I need help because I don't know what to do, I am sending the screenshots with where you can see that I have finished the offer.
