Missing settings panel, menu, username, goals

Hello. I have reached out to support as well regarding this and they mentioned the development team is working on my issue and its closed, however I would like to get some feedback if my issue is being looked at, and if it is resolved in some way.

I have a weird issue, where the Settings pane does not exist. Also, I was never prompted to input a user name in the game, therefore I do not have one. Currently I'm level 6 and just assumed that maybe I need to get to a certain level to get the Settings options or input a name, however this never happened yet, and I can attack other online players and get attacked, but I have no option to input a user name still. I've tried uninstalling the game, deleting the cache and data as well, and installing again, and still the same issue, and my game is saved, not sure how. I don't know why I can't have settings, or input a name.

Also, just for curiosity sake, I tried installing and playing the game in an emulator (Genymotion), and something really odd is happening. It automatically signed me into Google Play in the game and now I have someone else's game happening. Whoever Blurdz is, their game is connected to my Google Play account, which is really odd. I thought I should let you know, as this may impact not only my game if this gets fixed, but their game as well, and there may be others. Seems my account is jinxed.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

i make another account and that work just fine, and ask to the support to transport my progress to that account and have no answer

Looks like I'm not the only one here with this same issue. I still haven't received any feedback or fixes, which is unfortunate because the game is awesome and I like it, but I cannot play it effectively. Also, I still do not know why when I log into the game on an emulator, it will sign into Google Play no problem, but I have someone else's game. If they can somehow disconnect my Google ID to that game that would be ok, as I could just start over and then sync, in theory. I hope they are investigating and will do something soon.

For those who are experiencing this issue, please make sure to contact support with a screenshot of what you are seeing at the moment. -- Submit an in-game support email by tapping Settings > Customer Service

Hi Wvolf.

Thanks for responding; great to hear that the team is investigating the issue.
I have raised a support ticket under reference 16102 and then emailed a screenshot.

Your suggestion to submit an in-game screenshot by tapping settings will not work for us as we do not have a settings button to press.

The confirmation email I received after logging the problem asked me to reply to that email for further details and so I emailed a screenshot.

I've also attached the screenshot to this message.

Hi Wvolf, Nice to know that the team is investigating the issue, like other members reporting the issue I won't be able to to use the settings button as it doesn't appear in the game. Also from the screen shot you can see that there is no old man button, no name to the account (was never given an option to enter). Also as you can see the alliance gate is broken and still haven't been able to repair it by clicking on it ( was never given an option either to repair it on entering the iron age)
