More Mining

In my opinion, there should be more mining done on our land , Because on our land now , we get to mine gold , but it is so frustrating when you are waiting for your diamonds to come that there should be a task for the viligers to do some diamond mining onsite ( at a cost of course ) , also on the same topic a steel mine would also be a grate idea , I'm ok with the cost of doing tasks to get what you want , but I find that there is way to much waiting around when your waiting for Diamonds or steel .

Yeah, someone else suggested a 3rd resource to even things out. I like the idea suggested of Oil (which makes sense in the higher ages for a fuel) - Could do cool graphics with the old style oil wells, then up to modern towers etc.

I like the idea of oil for like vehicles and planes any type of machine.

Actually the Oil resource would be like the Dark Elixir of Dominations (ref COC)

More Mining would be great, but how about beginning to mine in the mountains? Like click at the mountain and choose mine, and the outcome should be much more gold, metal and diamonds

Oil is a very realistic expectation when Industrial Age is released. It will help balance things out a bit.

Mining/drilling oil is an awesome idea. You could build a refinery too that allows various petroleum/oil products to be researched.
