My Favourite Thing Is.....

This forum is often a bit negative, which is natural in a beta version. So I thought I'd start something positive... because I really like this game a lot, and all you passionate people obviously do too!!

So, my favourite thing about this game is the graphics. Really they are superb when you zoom right into a villager and they give you a wave, or you pan around the rocks and river onto your township and it's got everything moving about and doing it's thing.

Thanks to the team, and look forward to it getting better and better.

War Elephants movement is amazingly fun to watch! I really enjoy all the historical facts in this game. Generals, troops and their background stories.

I like the way your troops sway and breath while they are in your barracks...waiting for the next battle. Yes, the war elephants are cool too.

The Concept is epic. Different Nations, Different Wonders. The game is not all about "Who played first is stronger". It's really about "Strategy" .

The graphics and sound designers definitely nailed it.
Despite some occasional glitches or architectural similarities, the game looks, feels and sounds great, exactly as you'd expect such a game to be.

The best thing is the concept of the game, because not every body has the same base, you can actually choose what your base will look like.

I like the depth of the "story". You can't just progress without research and you get rewarded for continuing the research. Just not sure if all different nations are able to research the same things.
