[NATION] Something wrong with GREECE?

I was presented to choose a nation for my new civilization. I, who wants to rush the buildings, chose Greece since I thought a 15 min free building redemption would help a lot. After choosing it, I realized I STILL had to wait for the timer to go down until 5 minutes to finish a building for free. So what does it mean when it says "all buildings and upgrades under 15 minutes are free?" They couldn't possibly mean that a building/upgrade has to have the maximum of 15 minutes right? Because by the time we enter the Iron Age, most buildings and upgrades take hours!

IKR! SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME WITH GERMANY! I PICKED IT BECAUSE IT SAID IT WOULD DECREASE RALLY TIME BY 5 SECONDS. Then when I get it and go to raid the rally time still didn't go down to 25 from 30! It's so weird, glad I'm not the only one with this problem!!!

I'm also the greeks, and my "finish for free" time is about 25 minutes now I think. (maybe 20 I'll check). Since medieval age it has been better.

I wonder if in later ages the greeks have to pay tributes to the germans.

It should be a bug then, that's pretty much the only benefit the Greeks have, other than the fact that their buildings work extremely well aesthetically with the wonders
